Depends how you mean. Bird couldn't guard Lebron one on one, no fuckin way. But it's hard to make anybody look foolish that can shoot the way Bird could.

Apparently, Bird could put away some beer. I heard a story that he was in a bar the night before a game and some fans started buying him beers. They figured they'd get him drunk and he'd have a hangover the next day.

He drank every beer they bought him and then dropped 40 something on them the next day.

I heard he was a womanizer as well. Still a class act on the court.
