As the earlier article states, Jeannine Buss needs to remove all cronyism in the FO. She ain't going to do that because then she would have to admit to herself and the fans that she effed-up big time with one Jerry West. She literally threw him under the Buss in favor of Pelinka and now she is a deep shithole she may never get out of. She should sell the team to someone who knows what they are doing. Somebody like Pat Riley!

That's been my view all along. People want to blame the head coach and Lebron, but the non-existent President of Basketball Operations and the vice (and GM) Rob Lowe need to give the coach a better product to work with and should not be relying on Lebron's judgement for potentially roster wrecking trades.

Saw a news item yesterday that Quin Snider and Doc Rivers were rumored targets to replace Vogel (who is as good as gone, just need the date). I'd be fine with Quin, but Doc I don't want any part of.

There are rumors that Snyder could be out In Utah and he has been rumored to the Spurs as well if Pop retires. Lack of playoff success is a factor reportedly.
