Everyone is saying that it's a really good hire, his additions are supposed to be impressive as well. The pressers appear to be filled with familiarity and all the right things, but...

I like the potential of the hire and having defensive coaches lead the team. It has been since Ray Rhodes, Marty or Williams since this team played any defense.
