The notion of this is a hire from a rogue owner is skins fans not letting go conspiracy theroys inside the FO in fact snyder consulted many people outside the org and im sure he talked to the next GM and the next GM talked to him about coaches he wanted if you are promoting with in you already had talks with next GM just no offical announcement yet

Honestly, did you really think that they had a good offensive game plan yesterday? Were you happy with the play calling? It was run Peterson on 1st down for 2yds, incomplete on 2nd down, and 3rd and long incomplete. Every set of downs. The only time they changed it up were the futile reverses to Sims that Dallas knew was coming every time. This is all on O'Connell. I have not been impressed. Not sure what everyone else is seeing, but I haven't seen any creativity to speak of from the offense.

But you are right, Snyder has no business talking to potential HCs. This needs to be the job of the new GM.

I would take Josh McDaniels over ANY hire you could present simply because of his tutelage under BB the past 10 seasons. McDaniels has come a long way since those Denver days. What has RR or Marvin Lewis won in there umpteen years in the league? Not much!! To me, RR or ML would have made a great DC hire.
