I would pick Herbert either way. The arm talent and deep ball accuracy is incredible. However, I think you're right that Cincy would still pick Burrow without the injury.

Hurts v. Tua is very tough because we've only seen 2 Hurts games, but that it's close is pretty incredible. NFL GMs might still feel safer picking Tua. Hurts' s throwing motion doesn't look fluid to me, but at least he seems a lot more willing to throw the ball, unlike Tua, and it seems like his arm is stronger than Tua's.

Agree, between Herbert and Burrow. It’s a shame he got injured.

Not a chance. He'll probably even take it up a notch and pretend passing yards are all that matters. But a comp % under 54% is horrendous. You can't do that and play in the NFL.

Well, I guess he's no Nick Foles savior type after all this. Honestly, lots to like about Hurts but he ain't all that yet. Just another guy that teams couldn't scheme for for a couple games. Philly is still in very bad shape going forward.
