Maybe a college team will take him as a head coach, but forget about it in the NFL... unless Seattle makes the decision to move on, we're stuck with him.... I've been hoping like heck someone will give him the opportunity, but unless it's a college team I don't see it happening ... I'm hoping Seattle chooses to move forward....

There are no open coaching positions in the NFL or college at this point.

Bevell actually made some good adjustments down the stretch (unless that was Carroll stepping in). That said, I'm tired of Bevell's bend don't break offensive attitude. I would LOVE to see a 40-50 yard bomb if it's there when we're up by 10 in the 4th quarter.

Yeah, I agree our O did look much better down the stretch... But I just feel like that 1 call will always haunt his career... That's a tough thing to have on your resume .. And yeah, maybe Pete did take over a bit and open up the O for Wilson, definitely possible..

He will never figure out how to put together a full 4 quarters on a consistent basis. too many games our offense is pure crap for the first half, then magically turns it on when its a last gasp hope.

Yeah, let's gripe about Bevell some more. Always productive and enlightening.

It's a message board dude.... You say what you want... if you don't like it don't respond... But I see you did, so there ya go...

Let's give Bevell another year. The second half of the season they did put points on the board, moved the ball well and the o-line played much better. If he can do this to start the year, we have a great shot at retaking the division.

I'm glad Bevell is back myself. Been to many changes in the coaching staff as is.

In the sense of what's familiar it's better having him back, but in the sense of stupid play call's... That's Bevell.. What Pete needs to do is allow Wilson to audible whenever he wants too .. That can take away some of Bevell's stupidity....

OCs are punching bags for unhappy fans. Pretty universal.

I hate it when play callers tell the players not to execute. That's the worst.

I haven't liked Bevell for a LONG time... Even before the ... well, the call... Actually I was screaming before the play even happened... DON"T DO IT BEVELL!!!!! Go Lynch!!!! So yeah... He also passes when were way up, runs when we should pass... You gotta mix it up I get it... But Bevell sometimes leaves you scratching your head...

Just curious but who do folks want to come in and replace Bevell?

Criticizing play calls is a time honored gripe of unhappy fans. And it is largely absurd. It ALWAYS boils down to execution. The play call at the end of Super Bowl 49 is a perfect example of that. If they score a TD EVERYONE is saying how Bevell completely took the Patriots by surprise and it worked perfectly. But they didn't execute so it is the worst play call evah!

IMO, I would much rather keep the same offensive system in place for Wilson.

No, no, no.... It's obviously broken Harold. The next hire will fix this deeply flawed offense.

Our offense was tied for 4th in the NFL in scoring, so I guess that's not good enough... We need to fire Bevell so we can get someone that will take us to the #1 overall scoring offense... It's that simple!

Clearly it is Bevell's fault that our OL was atrocious.

Don't forget... Something needs to be done about that damn coordinator of the #1 scoring defense too... Immediately!!!
