I just want to say before the season starts that Taylor is going to need the Husker Nation to have his back. With all the crap floating around about last season and how his throwing mechanics sucked, and now after he attended the Manning QB Camp he is a much improved thrower. And that may be I hope so. But the second he throws a pick or a duck or over shoots a receiver fans and media alike are going to fucking pounce. And I really dont want to hear it. He may not be the best QB to play the game but he is a leader. Noone can say that this kid has not tried to step his game up.
The tOSU game he didnt crumble. I wish he was able to run the option with more confidence

One of my big problems with Taylor is that he is not a leader, he needs to fire up his oline and make sure they will keep him protected.

I like the fact that Taylor is calm and collected. There are some QBs out there who yell at their line so much that they end up not having their back.......and then the entire team crumbles en sech.

Thee reason is because he is the coolest cat in thee league. He never gets pissy and he's always picking his teammates up off the ground rather than stomping them into the ground.

My POINT is I dont want ppl calling for Taylors head after the first pick he throws. I want ppl to have his back its just good for business. I know Tommy yelled at his oline when he was a frosh and the older players really didnt care for it (I wouldnt either) But that was back before facebook and twitter and football players had these things call BALLS. Taylor just needs to have the respect of his teammates and judging by the locker room video after the Ohio state comeback when someone yelled
" We have the best QB in the country" and then the locker room erupted in chears he has it. Now he just needs the Husker Nation to have his back. AND smart mouth freshy WRs need to keep there damn mouth shut and just catch the damn ball IF AND WHEN its thrown to them.
