According to the AP, officers arrived at an apartment occupied by Joseph and two others while executing a search warrant for an unrelated fraud investigation and discovered drugs and related drug paraphernalia.

I remember being at an apartment with a Middle Tennessee State and a Tennessee Tech football player, and they were smokin' teh pot. Don't think they ever got in trouble, but I just don't think I could risk losing my scholarship over something like that.
