From what I read - The domestic violence is for harassing and the criminal mischief is for property damage under $500. So he probably got mad and punched a hole in the wall or something stupid like that.

Probably very important for staying on the team or not as it doesn't look like he hit his girlfriend or anything like that.

Not last year, but he was a 4 star DE.

I'm not a depth chart expert so I don't know if he was expected to be a starter next year. He is a good pass rusher as I remember and would be nice to have him.
