Oh i don't think he's there yet, but league views tampa as a team with a franchise QB in place. Not the case with Denver.

The top 2 teams tied to him are the Patriots and Titans. Other teams not reported may also be in play. Saints want a high first round pick. Patriots dangling Malcolm Butler for him. Eagles were another rumor but after signing Torrey Smith and Alshon Jeffery, very doubtful

BTW. Eagles offered Jefffery a one year deal. Vikings offered him multi year. He opted for the 1 year thinking he can make more next year if he stays healthy.

Many won't recall, but back in the KFFL days BroncoGreg and I went to war over who was better. Hankins or Alabama DT Jesse Williams. I wanted Hankins that year and he fell to round 2.
