That's why I say they have a plan.

They can't be counting on one of the top 4... They have to have a plan beyond that. A full out plan, not just a Plan A.

And for all we know that plan could be to trade down in the first a few times and then take Bo Nix around 26 and make him the Day 1 starter.

Yup. Very possible. My guess is that is Plan A or B and I think if it is plan B we need to prepare for it to be Plan A because Plan A isn't looking likely right now if it involves one of the first 4.

I am fine with Strnad... Wouldn't get upset if he left but someone who knows our system and has been "ok" on special teams and if anything else it means our 2020 draft class still has one remaining player.

As much as I hate to say it, the loss vs the Devils was the last straw for the season .. When they lost to Calgary a few weeks ago after being up 3-1 in the 3rd, I was skeptical, but held out hope ....

But losing here in NJ last night ... The first time I actually thought "this team has no right going to the post season" ... it sucks ... Power play is bad and they can't hold a lead
