The problem with this team is a losing mentality. You know how you get rid of that? Get rid of the losers! But Z doesn't do that. We had Smoak with the team for way too long because he one of Z's big moves and he didn't want to admit failure. We've had Ackley for way too long for the same reason. We're ruining Zunino right now because he's covering his ass for bringing him up too quick. As I'm seeing it, the obvious thing to do is get rid of the biggest loser, who is Jack Z, and get a guy in there that's looking to build an organization vs. a clown looking to protect his posh job.
