Well, ESPN being grumpy sourpusses I see compared to other media outlets. :noidea:

I'm really having a hard time seeing how they justify the Chiefs below the Raiders. I know the Raiders have one more win because of the Chiefs having a bye week but the Chiefs dominated the Raiders on the road. Head to head I would think would weigh into that decision. Throw in the Chiefs have actually been winning without having to make these crazy 4th quarter come backs to sneak out wins like the Raiders have. I would still have the Raiders in the top-10 but not ahead of the Chiefs.

I've read that he should be fine. They might have lost their RB for a game or two and Charles might not be able to play the rest of the year as his knee just keeps swelling up but even with all that I would still put them ahead of the Raiders at this point.

With that D, I would too, I'm not sold on Raiders yet, too undisciplined and gamble alot

Yeah that gambling in those close games will eventually start to catch up to them. I would add they have a much tougher 2nd half of the season playing the Broncos twice, @ Chiefs, against the Texans leading the South, Panthers looking a bit better, Bills depends on the week, Chargers still playing pretty well, and even the Colts are not an easy win. Not gimmy wins moving forward. I still see them as a 9-7 team but maybe 10-6 this year because of some of those early wins.

Little beats a post meal nap...

I finish eating around 6:20 or so and if I waste to much time it's bedtime (9:30)....Because I'm up at 4:45 AM for work.....

So I'd rather not nod off if I can avoid it.

But happy hour is happy hour and cannot be avoided...

Heard that Jerry Jones just can't stand the success the Cowboys are having with Dak Prescott. He wants Tony Romo to get the team back immediately.

He thinks Romo will get the Cowboys to 8-8.

Green Bay seems kind of high. I agree that they will get better once they're healthy but why not wait until that happens to move them up?

If that's the case Jerry definitely post on the Cowboys board.

That's pretty funny.....

Definitely looking like the AFC is the dominant conference right now. Heck the AFC West has 3 teams with a higher winning percentage than all but 1 NFC team right now.

It's a tough view between those two. KC beat Oak in Oak, and Oak's wins aren't exactly over the best competition. But Oakland is 5-0 on the road this year and their only 2 losses are to good teams (KC and ATL). Meanwhile KC lost to Houston.

I'd give it to KC, more balanced myself though.

NFL Network had KC at #4 and Oak at #9 I believe. Which I agree with more than the ESPN watered down version. Prisco only holds water, and Freeman did before. And Of course I am j/k. Like Jarntt said these polls mean ugatz, unless they have his Boys at #1

There are two 1 loss teams, AFC and NFC both have one. There is only one 0 win team, the AFC has it.

Yeah, I dont see an AFC/NFC split currently.

The AFC North and South are awful right now.

But then again the Chiefs have their 2 losses against their division leaders so its all still a highly variable process until we get to the end of the season and cream rises to the top.

I give it to the Chiefs at this point because of a bit of history. They have proven that they are not just a team that has gotten hot at the right time but have been a consistent winner her for a while. While I do think the Raiders are better I'm just not sure they have quite arrived yet. This Sunday will be a big game in proving one way or the other as they do have a pretty tough 2nd half of the season.
