I see him staying on a 1 year deal to see if he and Westbrook can get it done next year. If they do, I think he finishes his career in OKC. If they don't...he gone.

This is soooooo obviously what's going to happen. The only reason it's still talked about is for ESPN to make money. Let it go.

I understand him not wanting a long term deal because the salary cap is set to sky rocket, but couldn't he also sign a 1-year deal with anyone? I don't think he goes to the Warriors because he wouldn't want to be seen as someone who is jumping to a super team, but I think that the Wizards and Celtics are intriguing possibilities.

Come to my Bulls! We have an overpaid, constantly injured superstar, a disgruntled superstar, an aging superstar and a broken superstar! Oh, and our front office is burning bridges like the Mad King.

He isn't going to the Bulls, is he?

If he signs 1 more year in OKC, the chance improved slightly from the 0% it is now.

He can definitely sign a 1 year deal with another team, I don't know if he can get the 5 year $200 million or whatever though. I think he stays because of what they accomplished this year with a rookie head coach. The only thing that I think may change that is if there is some kind of tension between him and Westbrook that we haven't heard about.

imo, this was their yr to do it and we saw what happened, but unless he goes to SA, I don't see them coming out of the west next yr either...there is some chatter about trying to lure him to ATL or WAS, but I'm not sure if he puts them over the CLE hump so he might just try one more time.

Stays with the Thunder for this year, they do anything next year he'll stay there, if not he'll move on.

KD would look damn good in Celtic green. Doubt that actually happens though.

I put down for one more season he'll stay with the Thunder. He's not going to lock himself in OKC long-term when Westbrook's a free agent the following year. He'll re-evaluate and give this roster one more shot.
