He has pretty much said he doesn't want to be Head Coach again. He has already said that he stinks as a Head Coach but is great as a DC in this league. I don't think any of our guys get interviews honestly which is nice that all our coaches are actually focused on our team and our team alone.

Great hire IMO. Shanny liked Tannehill, Shanny's QB evaulation in Washington proved correct and Mike is the only coach I know of that has Bill Belichek's number.

Would love to see Mike in Miami. He needs to get a contract for Hawaiian Tropic

Actually no team can steal him away. Wade Phillips signed a 2-year deal with the Broncos. He is under contract so only way he moves to another team is if the Broncos let him out of his contract. I doubt after having the #1 defense in the NFL that he wants to leave the Broncos just to take the same position for another team.

Washington Redskins love ,love, love to do just that ..last year they stole the Cowboys OL Coach .. so yes that is possible . They are like the raiders stealing the best player available after the SB ,,,
