The more I look at this team the more I see a train wreck. The uncertainty with the pitching and the lack of hitting is a big concern. Brown may turn out to be a flash in the pan and Howard flails at pitches like he can't see them. That is our power supply besides Mayberry and Utley. The bright spots so far are Revere,Gwynn, and Abreu. The have a solid OBP. Mayberry is doing OK so far but it is hard to think of anybody else. Wait a second, Ruiz is playing well. I can see this team losing a hundred games this year. Which would provide a new and different record in the books. The 1st team with a payroll over 180 million dollars to lose one hundred games. And right next to it would be Amaros picture proclaiming that he was the 1st GM to do it.
