This year they have #30, that's it. I think next year they have some second rounders.
But I don't think they can trade #30, they have to make a pick and then trade the player.
Yes... they'll pick what the customer will ask them to...

Right... lets see then... if Snell and I lyasova are removed the Bucks are ONLY left with Hill, DDV, Brown, Conn, Mirotic & DJ Wilson coming from bench... correct? + another 4 roster spots to fill correct? LOL... that's not the deepest roster in the league! ...it's the deepest in the universe!

Hill will be gone also

Yup, they won't pick that up. 5 roster spots and less than $80M. Why again are they trying to make room? Because they want another big fish, which will eat up most of that $80M.

So assume 4 spots with $40M to spend. Not gonna have too deep of a bench for that.

Hill and Mirotic will have to be renounced to even play in FA and get below the cap. Renounce them both, get Kris out of the way, and attach the #30 to both the OP contracts and you can get yourself below the soft-cap and able to play in the space. Pau probably has to go as well, and Frazier.

So you will create many holes just to get enough space to go try to find a replacement for Kris?

Reality is the Bucks will max Kris because they can even over the soft cap and then be minor players in the offseason.

WOW. Do the Cavs NEED Snell. No, they don't at all. He will be riding the bench or getting very little playing time. Like you still do not comprehend, it's about the picks. It has nothing to do with that shitty contract. I swear you have the mind of a very dumb 12 year old
Actually he will be a starter if it is the Cavs the Bucks will be dealing with...

@fordman84 are we sure the OP is 18 and is legally allowed to chat in an adult forum. Like you said, it's like a 10 year old is playing 2K, overriding trades to form a superteam with these scenarios :pound:

Hill ain't going anywhere buddy... He already said in his exit interview he will take the Vet. Min. If the Bucks want him...

WE HAVE THE BEST LOCKER ROOM IN THE LEAGUE and the best facilities, suppoting personel and arena and we are getting "team friendly" out of all so that they can keep enjoying what they can't find anywhere else (or ever existed in the league).

So he will let them tear up the last year of an $18M deal and then turn around and take the vet min?

I look forward to seeing that.

Why is it wise to keep salaries above the soft cap?

He only has 1M guaranteed in his contract... Yes, he would accept a Vet. Min to stay... but the Bucks will pay him more... Some 3/4M I guess...

You'll heart your head if you keep smacking it like that... Better check before you post having all the wrong conclusions in your mind...

Hill won't get more than 5~6 M if he hits free agency, but he prefers to stay with the Bucks even if it is for a VetMin.

Same reason why the Cavs are now doing it... So that you have the max possible capital to work with, when your time comes...

So by "vet min" you mean "three times the vet min". Considering the vet minimum for someone of Hill's tenure is a little less than $2M.

What the fuck are you talking about?

Why on earth would the Bucks want to trade an important player like Snell? Are they looking to tank next year? :noidea:
