I guess that is YOUR "opinion"... which doesn't mean much anyway....

Says the guy who called Snell and Ilyasova as trade assets. It was literally told by everyone on here that you were insane, and now just verified by NBA insiders.

LOL.

Dallas has a habit of doing these deals lately, and it's a GREAT deal for Dallas. usually we can take on a year or two of high dollars and in exchange get a draft pick. Don't see us doing it this year, we need our cap space to make a run at our third piece.

No he's saying in general the contract is not bad...not that you can't get assets along WITH them. He's been on here saying the Bucks could trade Snell and get a valuable piece in return because he has a favorable contract. That's completely not the case.

Not to mention, do the Bucks even have a pick other than their 1st this year to attach? Pick for another team, then trade that player and one of these two contracts? Then get no more picks for a few years? yikes.

100% not the case. If he were valuable, they wouldn't be trying to move him. He's more valuable off the Bucks books, and everyone knows that.

It doesn't matoer if their new team sees it as a bad contract. It only matters if the selling team needs to move it because it is a bad contract. Sure, plenty of teams could easily take the contract on...but it's going to cost the Bucks a sweetener. No one is just going to do them a solid.

So if you want to move those contracts to make cap room, better get ready to attach some picks.
Already told you... it's this upcoming draft night, with this years pick... and probably with the Cavs that DO need Snell in their roster.

What are you getting on about? I realize it is the upcoming draft night, how do you think I don't know that?

Bucks have 1 pick, they are going to give that up to get rid of these contracts? Enjoy that.

What you need picks for, if it is the "deepest roster in the league" you are talking about and if the picks would be guaranteed to be later than No28 (and 58) for the next five years?

You are very confused. It isn't a good contract or a valuable one but if you attach draft picks to a lot of contracts they become more valuable and that is the only way the Bucks can trade these awful contracts away. There is a huge difference. You still have a lot to learn about the NBA and the English language

WOW. Do the Cavs NEED Snell. No, they don't at all. He will be riding the bench or getting very little playing time. Like you still do not comprehend, it's about the picks. It has nothing to do with that shitty contract. I swear you have the mind of a very dumb 12 year old

Gonna get that deepest roster in the league by moving essentially three players to make room for...what? one? two?

Not exactly how you make a deep roster. It is how you put yourself in cap hell though, move all your midrange contracts for three big time contracts and then have no young rookie contracts to supplement it with.

What I will really enjoy is if the Bucks will end up having 80M to spend and JR Smith's contract in their hands...

Does the NBA have a madden-like game? Because that is what OP's threads read like. A kid playing GM on a video game and dumping all of his garbage in return for the best players in the league...who all take team friendly deals.

What it will cost you to get that $80M and JR Smith is not going to be to your liking. Because you will end up needing that $80M and Jr Smith contract just to fill your roster.

Video games would be swatting his offers

Hell I couldn't get Madden to do the OBJ trade

Do they not have the trade mode where you can force other teams to give up their players?

This year they have #30, that's it. I think next year they have some second rounders.
But I don't think they can trade #30, they have to make a pick and then trade the player.

Right... lets see then... if Snell and I lyasova are removed the Bucks are ONLY left with Hill, DDV, Brown, Conn, Mirotic & DJ Wilson coming from bench... correct? + another 4 roster spots to fill correct? LOL... that's not the deepest roster in the league! ...it's the deepest in the universe!
