Im no Love historian.
I just know what my perception was.
I know what your perception was, as well......and it was way off base.

Want to say Bosh is better? OK. But the idea he makes no one better (and Whiteside does?) is absurd. a big man who can create space by dragging his man outside helps his teammates.

The Cavs were 19-63 last season but down the stretch when Love came back they were 7-9 when he played 15 minutes or more. Coincidence?

And, no, 7-9 isn't anything special but it is far better than they were playing.

Of course it is, and I said I thought he was fine on Cavs.
Reverse is what Whiteside does. Guys get open looks because he’s a beast down low.

Theres really nothing to argue about.
why is that only something he did for the Cavs? He could shoot and drag his man out of the pain in Minny as well.

Had you said they both make teammates better I wouldn't have disagreed too much but saying Love makes no one better but whiteside does is beyond absurd.

It's also a guess that it was guaranteed he was getting a 4 year from another team.

An educated guess based on the history of free agency.

Not sure what your guess is based on, but this was not a DeMarcus Cousins situation. Love had 2 injury marred seasons, missed 22 games in 2010 and missed 10 or fewer games every other season including 2 straight seasons with 77 and 75 games.

Love’s “injury history” was not a big deal in 2015.

Oh yeah, I didn't think you were doing that. All good. I'm glad you pointed it out. I was surprised there was that big of a discrepancy.
Truth be told I figured it would be a big difference, but not as much as it was.

But the other years when they kept getting better he played a minimum of 55 with 2 years in the 70s....and there's the pesky fact when he left they won 16.

What about the pesky fact that their win percentage in 2012 with Love was almost identical to their win percentage in 2013 without him?

2012 was the lockout year.

Holy Fuck
I said I thought he made Cavs players better.
Let it go.

Absurd is continuing to debate Love/Bosh.

Also, the year they won 16 games, it was not just because Love left.

In their good season, starters Kevin Martin averaged 19, Pekovic 17.5, and Corey Brewer like 12. Rubio was the 5th starter.

In 2015, Martin played 39 games, Pekovic 29 games, Rubio 22 games and Brewer was dealt to Houston after playing 24.

So they basically lost their entire starting 5.

OK, let's look at 2013. If I counted correctly, they were 9-9 in the 18 he played. Games he missed? 22-42.

Thanks for asking.

There really is nothing Bosh actually is better at according to the stats, except for getting blood clots

Maybe, but thats why it helps to understand the game you are watching.

He’s better at getting people to vote for him as the better player.

Maybe it was a weak part of the schedule?
Keep researching.

Obviously the vote was going to be biased. I don't think either one persoanlly is better. The stats say Love is better, but the eye test says Bosh. It's basically a coin flip of if you want better 3 point ft shooting stretch center who can also rebound better, or a better defender pull up 2 point shooter. It really doesn't make much of a difference tbh

I do think Loves style play fits lebron drive in style of play better, and the rebounding spot up 3 point shooting was a big deal imho.

Biased by whom?
Or cause he’s white?

Look at who voted.
Most don’t even post here.

like i said, the only Cavs fan with a BRAIN that posts here...

They all have brains. Some are just bigger homers than others.

It’s like Homer 1a vs homer 1b and 1c
