Couldn't you say the same about any situation? How about just acknowledge what we know? clearly the team got better the more experience he got and they fell off the map when he left. Never really had any stars playing with him there. A young Rubio might be the closest.

all that said, still can see thinking he's a notch below Bosh.

Whiteside does make players around him better, but in a different way.

Portland shooters will get lots of open looks, or he’ll be getting lots of easy baskets.

I know you don’t have league pass, but Portland will be a fun team to watch.
Are you suggesting whiteside makes those around him better but Love does not?

I'll hang up and listen.

Again this is just a guess on your part lol. Love was still a great option especially for teams that can't attract bigtime FA's. If Love wanted a 4 year, he was getting a 4 year

It's also a guess that it was guaranteed he was getting a 4 year from another team.

what does that have to do with you saying Love makes no one better, but his teams getting better 4 straight seasons in Minny, then dropping off the face of the Earth when he left?

Love being able to drag his man outside doesn't make anyone better, or at least help them out?

Love did as a Cav.
Not so much before.
Is my opinion.

Maybe they tanked on purpose?
Isn’t that the path to success?

What it means is the vast majority prefer Bosh.
Only one who said it wasn’t close was @WiggyRuss

You think a team goes from 17 wins, to 26, to 31 to 40 and their best player didn't make anyone better? Then he leaves and they win 16?

seriously?

How did Bosh avg. 35% from 3 with Lebron while having seasons of 24, 29, 28 and 34 percent? Probably also should be pointed out Love took 500 3s his last season before Lebron, making 38%. Bosh took only 22 (making 36%). Most Bosh ever took was 49 and he hit just under 25%.

That said, agree for the most part stats are similar enough.

Yeah, I was just looking at averages. Didn't look at attempts.

When you start at 15 wins, getting better isn’t really all that impressive.

Also, one of the years they got better Love only played 18 games.

And the above is your reply? Are you just joking as even from you that is beyond irrational and foolish. "They tanked on purpose" to explain them getting BETTER every season? How about that part of the equation?

And Love dragging his man outside opening up the middle isn't helping his teammates?

I'm aware. Didn't say it to discredit your research or try and show you weren't telling the entire story. Just added to it.

Oh yeah, I didn't think you were doing that. All good. I'm glad you pointed it out. I was surprised there was that big of a discrepancy.

But the other years when they kept getting better he played a minimum of 55 with 2 years in the 70s....and there's the pesky fact when he left they won 16.

Of course it is, and I said I thought he was fine on Cavs.
Reverse is what Whiteside does. Guys get open looks because he’s a beast down low.

Theres really nothing to argue about.
