I voted AP because I don't think anybody spent more time as a consensus top 3 pick. Others had better "best" seasons, but nobody stayed as good for as long.

Also, I couldn't find Montee Ball on the list.

All these guys are great rushers, some dual threats, but only one true triple threat imo, chalk up another LT vote

I was going to say AP as well, doing it in the "passing era" is a bit more impressive.
The passing TDs pushed LT over for me, with strict fantasy lens on

I voted LT too.
I think the "All time" part of the question is what swayed me.
I agree that Faulk, Holmes, AP, and Alexander had some incredible seasons. CJ2K too.
And maybe I'm bias because in many drafts those guys may have been picked ahead of LT, so I'd be "stuck" with LT. But he was never a disappointment. (Shooting from the hip here) but I don't recall him ever having a down or injury season either.
He was the Chargers offense.

Fantasy-wise I had to go with LT as many others did. Guy was an absolute beast. .... had the question been most exciting RB, I'd have given my vote to Barry. ......

even though im one of the elder dudes i had to vote for All Day as he has always been the chosen one during my fantasy days

i certainly got pounded by LT when i first started and he would have been my choice had i started this FF thing a wee bit sooner

I would have loved to have owned The Tyler Cannonball (Homer) had i been playing way back when

Now here is to hoping it is DoublEE when Treff once again posts this fine question a few years from now

I wish you were around more Foot.
Thanks smitty. Yea Moss was a rare breed. Hight, combined with a huge vertical leap, sub 4.3 speed and great anticipation and hands. No one really compares to him.

To those that didn't vote Marshall.....

Faulk you!!!

...but yeah, no question Marshall for me... due respect to LT.

...props to Barry for being the best running back, but fantasy is fantasy.

So when you marry someone who gets it, this is your fathers day gift...

2 tickets to see the Raiders destroy the Broncos october 1st...love that woman
I still think I got you beat.
My anniversary is August 26 - smack dab in the height of fantasy draft season.
Yet my wife is fine with any day we pick to "get away" for our anniversary.
I'll keep her.

I think Barry carried them to their pro bowls.. as in, Barry is leading the llegue in rushing, his line must be doing well, we'll vote for them". Never seen a RB as great as he was fighting behind the line of scrimmage as often as he had to

So Barry carried his line to pro bowls but you picked Emmitt who was carried by his line as the best...

It is LT
I always played in a PPR league & he got stats in both & was a TD machine.

Cant see Barry being #1 in PPR leagues or non PPR leagues. They normally pulled him inside the 5 yard line.

I remember picking up Larry Johnson off waivers (due to priest injury) & for a couple years he was awesome to have on a team. (not all time candidate though)

All That matters was the points scored, this is best fantasy RB, not best RB. ..i would NOT pick Emmit to be the best RB ever, that would be a different debate between Sayers, Brown, Peyton and Sanders. . so no idea why you'd think theres a discrepancy as there's an obvious difference
