The last part of your last sentence is why it bothers me. It get it. It's way too easy to have zero ownership for stupid comments on an anonymous message board. Most don't call people out for it. There are many times I don't either, but this isn't one of them.

Welcome to 2024!! Is there a form of traditional media, social media, or fan boards that aren't full of stupid hot takes? I don't think people particularly care when they are called out for things. I don't like it either but good living (wins, success of your favorite players) is really the only thing that helps. And given Lamar's record, I think there is plenty of winning.

It's the message board equivalent to how peoples' reactions to poor actions are scrutinized much more than the poor actions themselves in today's world.

Troll posts are actually accepted more on here than posts calling people out on it.
