TBH Mason could say worse and it would still fall on deaf ears. He’s so far out of the picture in my mind that I just don’t have an ounce of attention to give him. It baffles me why so many thought he deserved a shot after Mitch threw 3 INTs.

Steelers fans & media are really down bad right now if they thought Mason was better than Mitch.

I feel like Mason could do the Steelers fans a real solid here.... He seems like he has lost all fucks to give with the media. Wouldn't it be funny if he played a few games and immediately started criticizing how bad Canada's offense is to explain the offensive inefficiency? You double Chase - hell you triple Chase at that point and MAKE 3 White Dudes (Irwin, Taylor, Wilcox) and Mixon beat you....

Granted - they kind of did - since Irwin got loose on the flea-flicker, and Taylor turned a 9 yard catch into a 34 yard gain after breaking a tackle....but giving up 10-119 to Chase can't happen - too many 1-1 plays, or too soft bubble coverage, IMO.

(I'm not faulting them for the TD - that was a ridiculous throw and catch - Burrow threw that ball in the ONLY place Chase would have had a chance to catch it, and Chase had no idea the ball was coming until he turned around it then Ball caught him).
