lol.. Raul Mondesi did about as much for the Royals in that run as you did.

Hell, you did more, said all along, just read what you were saying and the opposite would come true, worked for years now. I could tell the Royals would win the WS just by listening to you.

Thanks again, you really should change your logo to Royals

Its a good thing the Royals called up Mondesi to play in the WS this year.. he will never see another one... heck.. I doubt he will even be in the majors in 4 or 5 years.

Yet he will have 1 more World Championship ring than Verlander

BEG Vice, BEG!

Vice calls bums a "god damn moron"...but he begs him to keep talking to him. Seems more and more obvious that Vice is a lonely, probably sick individual who may be homebound and needs this place for conversation and companionship.

James McCann had a higher BA/OBP/ and barely lower OPS than Salvador Perez.. and he was supposedly the best catcher in the AL last year... His OPS was higher than Molina's for the cards... and the starters for every team in the AL central not KC... I would say that was pretty solid for a rookie.

What made Perez the best catcher in the AL? Perez ranked last of qualified AL catchers in OPS and WAR.

J McCann's OPS would have ranked 8th out of ten qualified MLB catchers. His OPS+ Of 88 indicates that he was well below average at the plate. His .692 OPS across four minor league seasons is underwhelming.

I'm happy for you that you're excited about him, but there's nothing in his stats that suggests that he'll be anything more than an average major league catcher, if that.

I will gladly bet anyone 1k right now the Royals don't win the world series in 2016. Any takers?

Pretty bold, Cotton. . .

How many teams in MLB's history have won back-to-back titles? How many have made the World Series in three consecutive seasons?

Could your dad beat up bums' dad?

i would bet yes.

It was a rhetorical question meant to illustrate how childish your "Tigers' owner is richer than Royals' owner" comment was.

Yeah, yeah, we get it. The Tigers can afford a larger payroll than the Royals. Unfortunately for you, the Tigers' large payroll acted in concert with their ineptitude to net them nothing more than abject failure, while the Royals won a championship.
