Who gives a fuck?

Daniel Norris had a 4+ ERA in the minors and is just a shade under 4 in the majors

Castellanos has a .708 OPS. That's below average.

McCann .681 OPS in about a season's worth of MLB at bats and not much better in the minors.

Boyd had a nice minors career, but he's gotten his dick kicked into the dirt so far in the majors. Sure, he's still young and 60 innings is a small sample, but a 7.5 ERA is damn unsightly.

I'm glad you're excited about these guys, but they're not game changers. At all.
The thing with NickyC is, he sucks balls in the field. He should be a nice 6th hitter when all is said and done.

McCann will break Iglesias' nose by the All-Star break, if Iglesias isn't on a rehab assignment.

Why not compare norris and ventura's 2015 mlb numbers?

Yordano 1 world series ring - Norris 0 world series ring

Ventura - 1 ring
2 WS 1 1 .500 4.02 era 3 3 0 0 0 0 15.2 18 7 7 3 5 0 7 0 0 0 68 1.468 10.3 1.7 2.9 4.0 1.40

Verlander - 0 ring
2 WS 0 3 .000 7.20 era 3 3 0 0 0 0 15.0 18 15 12 4 6 0 16 0 0 2 69 1.600 10.8 2.4 3.6 9.6 2.67

Couldn't find any stats on Norris pitching in the post season, so I substituted Verlander let me know when he gets some.

speaking of the fall, the fall always comes to guys sleeping around on their wives, it won't be pretty either. Never works even if your wife is as stupid as it gets, then you lose either way.

Bragging about it is even more moronic.

Good thing he has a ws ring... Otherwise he might only be known as the guy with the .000 career ba average.

Royals spent more than the Dodgers and Yankees this offseason... Lol... 100 mil for Soria and Kennedy will do that. Hahahahaha.

To bad they didn't save some for right field.

If you are going to be a cheap ass frachise for decades then all the sudden try to spend to stay relevant.... Shouldn't you spend on better players than Ian Kennedy? I mean seriously...

OK. Let's start a discussion (not a debate, because you said you'd never do that).

I see you are predicting a dismal season for the Royals in 2016. I seem to recall the EXACT same prediction, BY YOU, for the 2014 and 2015 seasons. I wonder...could you explain why ANYONE should take you seriously about your comments about KC, after you have been proven absolutely wrong the last two seasons. It would appear to me that believing any description, of KC, by you....would be like taking marriage advice from Mickey Rooney.

  • Shit rotation
  • Weaker Bullpen
  • Lost Cueto, Zobrist, and Rios (who was actually doing well at the end of the year)
  • May have the worst hitting RFer in all of the AL this year.
  • Omar Infante is back starting at 2nd base... he isn't getting any better.
  • Perez is one foul tip to the head away from a long trip to the DL... with no backup catcher worth a shit.
  • No depth in the minors at any position

Does this answer it for you?

Here are some fun predictions for both the Royals and Tigers 2016 season:

Royals
  1. Sal Perez, Wade Davis, Alex Gordon, and Cain will all see the DL this year
  2. The Royal's RF will be the weakest RF in the AL Central
  3. The Royals will have the worst starting rotation in the AL Central
  4. The Royals bullpen will be no where near as dominant
  5. The only Royals player to hit above .300 will be Hosmer.
  6. KC will DFA Terrance Gore
  7. KC will finish 4th in the AL Central..just above the Twins
  8. Sean Manaea (royals traded him for zobrist) is going to end up looking like a stud for the A's
  9. Moustakas won't hit above .270
  10. Ian Kennedy will have an ERA above 4.5 and will give up at least 24 HR.
Tigers
  1. Miggy will hit .325+ with 30+ HR
  2. JD Martinez will have more HR than the entire Royals #1-#4 hitters combined.
  3. Upton will hit 30+ HR
  4. Verlander will have a better stat line than every starter in KC
  5. Daniel Norris will have a better stat line than every starter in KC
  6. Jordan Zimmerman will have a better stat line than every starter in KC
  7. Anibal Sanchez will have a better stat line than every starter in KC
  8. Mike Pelfrey will have a better stat line than Ian Kennedy
  9. KRod will have more saves than Wade Davis
  10. Vmart will have a higher batting average than every starter in KC's lineup.

Seriously... if the Royals have an injury.. who are they calling up? Bubba Starling? Raul Mondesi? One of the pitcher they have down there that have arms that are going to fall off any minute? LOL... its going to be hilarious watching Bubba Starling get called up and make Tyler Collins look like Babe Ruth at the plate.

To say the 24-year old Kyle Zimmer has had elbow issues would be a total understatement. He had bone chips removed from the elbow in 2012 and missed time in 2013 with elbow tendinitis. Then 2014 saw the beginning of the shoulder troubles. He made only six appearances in the 2014 regular season with a strained lat, but later revealed he was suffering from shoulder soreness. He would make an appearance later in 2014 in the Arizona Fall League, but not last very long. He was shut down and had surgery on that pesky shoulder.

LOL at the only pitcher in the Royals minors worth a shit that has had elbow and shoulder issues non stop.

Long playoff runs take a toll on players. Multiple long runs hurt even more. Look at what 4 years of deep playoff runs did to the Tigers. I will guarantee you will see the effects of it on the Royals this season. GUARANTEED

Seriously... if the Royals have an injury.. who are they calling up?

The same question could be asked about the Tigers. In fact, it's probably more of a concern for the Tigers in that three of their four highest paid players have recent injury history ranging from mildly to very concerning.

But the Tigers have James McCann, and he's pedestrian. . .
