I wouldn't be upset about having him in the Indians' farm, but I wouldn't be rubbing myself raw over him like my wind up toy is.
Fulmer in AA struck out more than a batter per inning, went 10-3 with a 2.24 ERA, was the Eastern League Pitcher of the Year for 2015, as well as the starter in the Eastern League All-Star Game. There are a boatload of reasons to be optimistic about him, I'm just thinking we'll see him crack the rotation in 2017, late 2016 at best, because he's never thrown more than 124 innings in a minor league season.
