I want Murray if we make a splash.

If not, I do not know what to do in this draft at 17. It's a real quagmire.
I just heard Bobby Marks say a trade for Murray would hard cap the Lakers.

I didn’t care enough to listen to the specifics. But he spells it out on YouTube.

They don't want to trade Reaves for Murray anyway so this just adds to the fact...it isn't happening lol

I mean, even if the Hawks draft Risacher, they don’t have to trade Murray and most definitely don’t have to trade him to the Lakers.

I think the trash for treasure days are over.

*whispers*

Unless you are OKC.

That’s the route I have wanted them to take the last 2 years.

R.I.P. to the great Jerry Weet.

But I’m comfortable with the knowledge that we don’t have a full on tard front office.

No need to compound the shit show of trading SGA for George by trading George for players that are expensive and clearly inferior.

At least they can claim that nobody knew SGA would be THIS and that Kawhi would be broken every post season.

They know what Wiggins is and that ain’t a good thing.

If Wiggins was expiring it would be easier for sure

But the clippers have a grand total of three

(Yes 3!)

Draft picks available right now for the next 7 years

A one way player who isn’t even elite that one way has apparently changed the entire trajectory of things in Chicago.

And that’s why they’re a dog shit franchise.

And yes I know…I’m a Sixers fan. And we dog shit poorly run franchises can smell our own.

Right.

Which is why that trash deal would never work.

If you are going to take back poo, do it with the Knicks who are flush with draft capital.

Not with a team that you have to play 4 times a year.

Don’t forget his salary demands.

[Lowe] I’m hearing Patrick Williams wants big, big numbers for his next contract… like, starts with a 2 and isn’t $20M

I don’t think the Thunder are going to go big game hunting.

But yep.

But I would take the gs picks rather than nothing

You need some capital to make a move.

You would be able to aggregate salaries next summer and go big game hunting

Or at least tread water to spite okc lol

I think they are targeting a Center and I hope it’s Hartenstein.
They really don't need to big game hunt. They got Caruso for a player that didn't fit. Find a big man and that's pretty much it other than the draft.

What makes you think it’s Dubs or bust?

There are other team’s reportedly interested.

With that being said, I would let him walk instead of paying an ungodly luxury tax for the pleasure of watching Wiggins disappear game to game.

It’s not like the Warriors would be chum.

So depending on how far in the future those picks are, might not be worth much more than early 2nd rounders, which they can buy.

So hard, HARD pass.

Thunder are in a fantastic position.

Get a legit Center and they really have no weaknesses.

Chet is fine there in the regular Season.

But he would have a lot more left in the gas tank for the post season if they slide him to the 4.

Right, if you are taking a shit contract it better be attached to valuable picks. No guarantee those are valuable, in fact, like you said--more than likely they aren't that valuable considering they would still have Steph, Kuminga, PG13 and Dray on the roster. That is a legit playoff team for at least the next couple years.

Maybe 2029 or 2030 picks!! LOL

Clippers need to trade him or let him walk. No way I am giving him a 4 year contract

Fair enough

Like I said if Wiggins was expiring this is a no brainer vs lose him for nothing

To me you trade George you also likely trade harden in February and start to construct the roster

But he’s those picks should be unprotected as late as possible
