OL or bust for me... If I had it my way I'd go OT at 17 and IOL at 32 lol.

Skoronski, Johnson, Jones, Harrison.... Then Torrence or Avila.

Only other thing I'd be ok with is DL in the mix for 17 or 32.

I'd really love to come out of this draft with one of Trenton Simpson, Drew Sanders or Jack Campbell

Clemson's Jordan McFadden could be a good LG in the mid-rounds.
Campbell just looks like a Steeler to me

I'd be good with a trade-up for Skoronski using the Steelers original 2nd.

You can't go wrong with an ILB/OLB flexible player named Jack going to the Steelers.
No doubt.

The Steelers typically become much more agressive in FA during the 2nd wave. Might see a LB and DB soon. My guess is they re-sign Kazee or Edmunds.

Jordan McFadden's RAS.

Considered as an OT he's undersized, but considered as an LG, he seems about perfect, and really athletic too.

I know nothing about Herbig, but it sounds like when starting he was pretty good.

Hell yea I like Herbig... Serviceable guy. Please tell me this means Dotson can be relegated to backup duties. Would still like 1 more IOL guy. Because their backups last year were Kendrick Green & JCH.

Kazee resigning doesn't close the door on Edmunds. I have a feeling he will wait & see like he did last offseason to see if anyone gives him a better offer.

I think they've done a good job filling holes so far.

Set up to use the draft to find some starters.

Commie fans seem upset Cole is gone. So I think the trade on Spillane is positive for us.

I'm laughing at the Raiders fans on twitter that seem overly enthusiastic about Spillane being a great addition.

...yea good luck with that.

I liked Spillane. And he will forever have respect for that goalline stand with Derrick Henry... But the dude's ceiling as an overall LB was hard to stomach. I'm surprised they moved on, but glad they did.

Using him in coverage was always stupid. He was great downhill. He was a one-dimensional piece, but he did that one dimension well.

Guess this is the Spillane replacement.

I have a hard time getting excited about FA LB acquisitions anymore... Jon Bostic, Mark Barron, Avery Williamson, Cassius Marsh, Melvin Ingram, Joe Schobert, Taco Charlton, Genard Avery, Myles Jack, Malik Reed... This dude is just the next attempt in an increasing line of failures. Trying to remember the last time they found a decent contributor at LB in FA. Seems like a problem that nobody wants to admit or talk about lol. Good reasons why they moved on from Jerry O.

Myles Jack still has upside, but he really needs a better DL in front of him.

Cole wore the Green Dot for Washington, too.

More athletic, better in coverage, called defense. This is very much an upgrade.
