Had no clue they promoted Charlton to the regular roster. He was active and if so did anyone notice him on the field? I know he didn't show up on the stat sheet.

Seems like James Conner is the only one doing well so far.
Adeniyi has been solid. It was unfortunate that he just couldn't stay healthy his last few years here.

Roche... Still bugs me that the Steelers didn't keep him... Even more now that the Steelers bungled their choice with Jamir Jones, ended up with some guy named Tuszka, and now their best depth piece Ingram wants out. The OLB depth is a nightmare. They could have let Snell walk and been just fine with their RB depth in favor of an additional LB.

I wonder what Anthony Chickillo is up to these days? lol

No checkin with Jordan Berry? Saw him punt a few times last night for the Vikes. Still pretty inconsistent lol.

On another note... Some of the best ex-Steelers are probably Kelvin Beachum, Javon Hargrave, Emmanuel Sanders & Antonio Brown.

I've been a little harsh on the Muth pick, but it never had anything to do with his talent. Clearly the kid is incredibly talented. My issue was with ignoring the OL that has clearly been a struggle so far this year.

Once OT Darrisaw went off the board (the pick before PIT) I was all-in on Najee.

They clearly went with best available vs team need. I am always concerned when the need is O-line and they totally punt on it but Harris and Freiermuth are shaping up to be very good ones.

I wonder "what if" (yeah I know it couldn't happen) but if they had them two the last two years? A TE like Freiermuth with Rudolph would have been gold and Harris could have bailed this team out.

Maybe in 2019 but it was never going to end well anyway with Rudolph or Hodges under center... And 2020 the OL had regressed so badly that it really didn't matter much. The offense was on borrowed time until they figured out how to stop Ben's quick passing game. How they managed to win 10 games before that happened is beyond me. I have a hard time believing a RB averaging 2 more ypc would have made that big of a difference. Most likely with dump passes, but the defenses were already smothering the LOS.

Great point. I wonder though if having a capable TE and RB would have helped Rudolph's development. Having a competent TE as a safety valve would have done him good.

And for 2020 I was honestly thinking of all the drops Ebron had and his total lack of ability to take a hit. So true how they won that many games is beyond me.

Probably would have given how often Rudolph targetted the LOS. He was a dumpoff machine that year. Got so bad that even Fichtner dumbed down the route trees to keep everyone within 5-10yds just trying to give the kid some confidence.

Lions cut Shakur Brown. I'd love to see them bring him back onto the PS. Especially after the Lions poached my man Mark Gilbert off the PS earlier last month...

Not a fan of this... Nor am I fan of Ingram anymore. Dude straight up quit on this team. But at least they get something in return for a player that wanted out badly.

As Tomlin always says, "we want volunteers, not hostages"

Throw in Charlton, whom the Chiefs released earlier this month... And it sorta becomes a little more palatable.

If Ingram was unhappy with a diminished role, then maybe Eric Ebron gets dealt today? He went from practicing to out last week as well. Maybe he wants out?

I'd be much more on board with that. Bring up Rader off the PS.

Seriously if they get anything for Ebron go for it.

Hell yea... I'd take a 1-month subscription to Hulu for him

Packers would be an easy partner for that trade. They love old has-been TEs and they are dealing with the Tonyan injury.
