It's demoralizing and embarrassing.

I can understand a down year or two. But we're mired in mediocrity. And rather than being pointed out as mediocrity, it's championed as Tomlin never having a losing season. I don't want band-aids that continue the mediocrity.

Person off to the side: "They play 17 games now"
