It wasn't how hard or how much she touched her, she went in studs up, it gets called almost always in every League and International match, men's or women's. Actually the Spanish player is lucky, usually studs up gets an automatic yellow card.Yah... Again, I think it would have been upheld had they not called it a PK but I thought it was a weak call. Rule analyst said it was a good call and she usually isn't biased and does an excellent job saying what is or isn't a penalty
