Just wanna mention that the Celtics have the second best record in the EC. And Kyrie still isn't playing. Wonder if the Nets has buyers remorse?

Why would they?

Yep.

Draft has been a crapshoot since the beginning.

The #2 spot has been the kiss of death often.

Don't forget Danny Ferry.

Shawn Bradley wasn't a great pick either.

Oh I'll never forget Ferry. Two reasons. That absurd comparison to Larry Legend coming outta college. And dook.

Durant, Kidd are probably the top #2 picks.

I was looking over drafts after all this conversation. Marcus Camby was a #2 pick. No one would really consider him a bust because he's probably one of the best NBA players to never make an All-star team, but damn look at that draft and who was taken after him.

Shareef Abdur-Rahim
Stephon Marbury
Ray Allen
Antoine Walker
Kobe
Peja
Steve Nash
Jermaine O'Neal
Big Z

and Ben Wallace went undrafted that year.

And of course the Warriors took Todd Fuller that year.

How much money did they give him & how many games has he played so far?

And that doesnt matter. Nets were never expected to win anything this year. He's actually helping them. Going to get a better pick now. It was never about this year for them once KD said he's not coming back til next season

Hey I'm not disagreeing with what you just said. But like I've said in the past I'm not a Kyrie fan. How many times previously have I talked shit about him or been overly critical? I talked badly about him last year when he was a Celtic.

The Celtics are doing better without him. Teams usually don't do better when they lose an A.S. caliber player. I know they got Kemba. But when healthy Kyrie's better. And I'd guess at this time last year the Nets had a better record. If I'm wrong about the Nets record my bad, don't feel like looking it up.

Of course he would. He's eligible for a bigger contract from them in the summer

Dammit. I was hoping he already wanted outta L.A. & would consider Boston.

Winslow soft ass is traveling with the team for their 3 game trip.

All signs point to him playing this week considering he was listed as questionable for the game on Sunday vs Portland

Camby, Tyson Chandler...

Not Busts.

Nowhere near franchise players either.

Ok now i understand why he did it

Why did they bother to make this public?

I'm not even sure why the Lakers even bothered to make this offer.

No way was he taking it.

Maybe they were trying to get a commitment before they blow their roster up by trading Kuz or Green for a 3rd Star, ala LeBron in Cleveland when they had a chance to land George?

Otherwise, doesn't make sense.

It's nothing more than a formality. Despite the fact that it's common sense and well known, it just shows the Lakers are interested in keeping him long term.

Nope. Bucks on a team friendly deal...

The Bucks starting 5 will be deadly next year.

PG- Mike Conley
SG- DeMar DeRozan
SF- Giannis
PF- Andre Drummond
C- The Unibrow

And of course. All on a friendly deal.
