Well this is kind of a gray area, so the league should probably just go ahead and take a 3rd rounder, $3 million dollars and a 1st rounder that they'll later give back but only as the 30th instead of the 10th.

Unless there is something specific IN the contract that states that he had to do a certain thing, then it will get fought - they can't terminate the contract based on a verbal agreement

Now there's always the possibility that he might have been involved with Jarret Stoll in that incident in Vegas but I would hope not
