Anyways...I just can't with haters, wannabe internet thugs that claim to be fans of basketball. But it was funny though. LOL

Stop it. As soon as Bosh went out you was on here about to freaking cry. There have been others on here (myself included) that said the Heat could compete & possibly beat the Cavs if they continue to play like they did against the Warriors. My goodness...at least keep it one hun-id!

They cannot beat the Cavs without Bosh. Not in a best of 7 series. Not happening. I always said the Heat could compete with the Cavs in a series. But they're not beating the Cavs 4 out of 7 without Bosh.

you specifically said someone will "take a cheap shot" and "knock him into the stands"

that's malicious.... and flagrant 2 material.....and possibly suspension.

That was what Barkley said on Inside the NBA. He was obviously exaggerating as he always does. You have to read between the lines when it comes to Chuck. All he was pretty much saying is that someone is going to deliver a flagrant on Steph if he keeps showing opponents up with the dancing on the court or taunting their bench nonsense.

but apparently you agreed with him by saying: he said what you were thinking.

btw: pretty sure he wasn't "taunting their bench" either.

C'mon Man!!!!!!

I was talking about the Hawks game from last week in reference to the bench taunting.

I cleared it up in post 2293

I think he was exaggerating about knocking him into the stands part.
He was basically saying it is going to lead to a team taking a flagrant on him which I agree with. I could see a team having a bench player deliver a flagrant 1 to get a message across. For example, are the Clippers really going to care much if Cole Aldrich hits Steph with a flagrant 1? Doubt it

Stop it. If teams really thought like that then Blake Griffin wouldn't have any legs. Lol

Blake doesn't show boat. He just cries for fouls all game and dunk really hard. He barely even celebrate. Can't compare the 2

now you're just playing dumb. Especially since you say you've been watching basketball for 30 years.

I agree with @bksballer89 re: how teams are likely to react to that shimmy stuff if he does it too early in a playoff series. In the playoffs, the game slows down a bit, becomes a bit more physical and players get salty because they are seeing the same team every other night for as many as 7 games.

You won't see any McHale vs. Rambis clothelines, but he likely ends up getting a little extra love on an already hard foul. As someone else pointed out though, doing that also runs the risk of pissing him off and making him more focused.
