yummy. Love those caramel brulee lattes myself. Only on this time of year unfortunately.

I need one of those next, but they don't have a skinny one, and I don't want to go to the gym!
(too cold)

so what's the deal here, did something really stall with the Mariners, waiting for a physical? nah, I don't believe that

Is that what they said? that's strange, usually it's just pending a physical...that could be another week, or more
lot of these guy are on vacation around the world and have to come in for physicals. Modern day transactions. Come on Terps, quit your shoveling and get something going our way.

Seattle paying Cano a quarter of a billion dollars...if that is indeed the first of a litany of moves as rumored, then that's the biggest domino since Fats sang 'blueberry hill'

It's not the physical...here

"SEATTLE - The Seattle Mariners were staying quiet on Friday about a potential major deal with free agent second baseman Robinson Cano.

The team issued a statement in response to an ESPN report that Cano and the Mariners had reached agreement on a $240 million, 10-year contract pending a physical.

THEN

“We are not able to confirm any news regarding Robinson Cano at this time. If and when an agreement is completed and finalized, we will announce,” the statement read."

Not sure if anyone here cares about World Cup, but USA got hosed in the draw. Ghana, Portugal and Germany is pretty brutal.

I stand corrected. I thought the team had agreed, "just pending the physical." Perhaps there's more.

That's correct darryl, how many times have you heard a team won't announce until a physical?

More haggling maybe, Cano ringing the Yankees one last time...but I don't believe the physical

I'd be shocked if this is overturned. But the tweets have slowed to a crawl.
