Well, when I first started watching the Cowboys it was the 49ers that were the most hated.
I know but GB will go down in infamy. One time we finally beat them in the Dallas Salesmanship game. Lombardy replied, you can have this one but we will the one that counts. They did.

For those of my age the teams I hated from my youth up were the Packers, Celtics (Red Auerbach was an irrogant twerp) and the Yankees. I was for the underdog. Hasn't changed much but my hatred for the Celtics cooled when Doc Rivers was their coach as I met him and he was a really nice person. That was when he was playing for Atlanta.

You betcha. Before the Packers it was those Browns who gave us fits. At least it was no Ice Bowl today.
Frank Ryan and Jim Brown and later on Leroy Kelly if I recall correctly

They said we couldn't win the big one till '72. Remember crying win Davey O'Brian kicked that winning field goal for Baltimore in SBV.

Have the Rangers signed Tanaka and had the league agree to just hand over the World Series trophy yet? Just making sure I didn't miss that happening while I was away for a few days.

They would both be the primary DH. EE isn't an OFer anyways. I guess you could send Rios back to them in a trade. That would offset the cost, but I like Rios.

good god I was out of it that night :L

Astros talking about making Castro available. Not sure what they would want for him, but wouldn't mind getting him here for 2014 and 2015, then trading him off to make room for Alfaro

They could probably get a decent sum for him, he had a WAR of 4.5 (3rd among catchers) and a lot of teams could use a good catcher so that probably drives up his price. He did have a .351 BABIP which probably helped boost his offensive numbers so we should expect some regression in his offensive numbers, but he's an okay defensive catcher who improved his pitch framing abilities.

My guess is that we'd have to give up at least a top 5 prospect to headline the package for him, perhaps Sardinas?

I know he looked against us most of the time. If we did not already have Soto and JP then I would be interested. We have a few other needs/wants to fill.
