More importantly for me, is that Miller was only on the field for a minute, then back to the sidelines with the rest of the starters.

I'll wait and see how he looks in preseason wk2 & wk3, right before my $ leauge drafts roll around. Should have a much better sample size to look at by then.

Lamar looked really fast though! You have no idea how i wisk Jake long was still there and wished they decided to bring vonta leach in as the full back known for clearing debris!

Of all the RB that had at least 200 carries, the average rushing attempt for that group of backs was 264.3 attempts.

So Lamar's 10.5 YPC (on 2 carries) would equate to 2775.1 yards. Lock him up, Foot!

I am actually trying to get him in my keeper league. The guy who owns him is a ball buster and knows I want him. Of course putting up a 10 ypc didn't help things lol. I'll wait and see how he does next week if the line holds up I'll have to pay a lot to get him. I actually drafted in the 33rd round of a 40 round draft keeper. Then traded him for a high first round pick this which i am going to use on Austin. I also drafted Kaeps in the 39th round last year. Pretty good draft to say the least. Got Russell wilson late too which i turned into a block buster deal.

I don't know about that line Ram but a top 15 for sure is doable. I have him ranked the highest out of all of us on our current rankings (i know they need to be updated) but i have him ranked 12th so a top 15 is obtainable even if the line is bad.

Nick, I busted my hump to get the 200 updated. And still nothing new on MWHS. Stop posting the "all Foot" team and crying over your super duper sleepers and get cracking on the updates! Now! Or I'll refuse to update the final installment of the 200.

Speaking of which, if we do one more final update, I'm thinking that it should be up before week 3 of preseason since many fantasy drafts will be in high gear. Since week 3 is August 22-25, get me your latest and greatest no later than Monday August 19. And I'll try to turn them around for Foot as soon as I can.

And one more thought, Nick: Can you center the data in the columns, please? It looks like it's right-justified. Centering the data will make it look better.

Any thing I left out, Lefty?

Joe like I said the week nights are tough for me to do work. I appreciate you clamoring to get it done but you got it to me late Sunday or Monday morning I think. I really only have the weekends free to do this stuff. I will try my best to update it tomorrow or Thursday if not first thing Sat morning for sure. I am going to drop Denaro from the list as well.

Just for the record, to post on here only takes a few minutes. To set up my software and load everything up then get it going takes some time. I actually started yesterday but have more to do to get it finished and uploaded. I guess we will plan to do one more update before the season starts then maybe every two weeks or so. I'll try harder!

I figured it was more technical. Do what you gotta when you can.

Not speaking for anyone else, but this is not where I envisioned where I thought that MWHS would be as preseason was starting. Not trying to dump on you. Or even lay a guilt trip on you. I guess my expectations were not in line with the actual time table.

Or as Forrest Gump would say, "That's all I have to say about that."

No problem Joe! I too would have liked to been further along but Rome was not built in a day. The important thing is we have this train moving in the right direction. It may very well take another full year to get it to where we want it to be but things are getting busy for me and now i have to start thinking about drafts for the many leagues I am in so time is at a premium much more so than say after the superbowls. Now that everyone is on board and we have a great crew people will visit our site. I mean we haven't really did a thing to it in two weeks yet we are at over 20,000 hits. just shows how much we all are respected in what we say. that won't change just because we our site is not perfect.

Once we start putting our efforts into writing more and we get the message boards up which i am having a little trouble with but not for long we will get the numbers. Like i said i will do my best.

I draft my 2nd league this Sunday and I have the 5 hole. So I was wondering just how good our concensus 200 is so I decided to draft my first 6 picks off of that and see what I would come up with.

1. Rice
2. Julio (Manning was here but skipped as I'm not taking a QB this early)
3. Ridley
4. Murray (RGIII was next and I might actually take RGII in this spot)
5. Nicks
6. Sproles

That's a pretty strong first 6 picks; at 6 James Jones was next so I may have taken him over Sproles as this is not PPR.

Told you I didn't know crap about computers..........so what's the plan FootNick? Will we be legit this year or is this the end of a dream. The dream of a few guys, working class guys that have a love for fantasy football and just want to reach out and help newcomers learn and understand the game. Foot, all of our dreams rest on your arches, I mean shoulders and we really want this to work out. You can do this Foot, I know you can.

Have you ever been reading up on a player that you were targeting (or just curious about), and then you read something ever so subtle that changed your opinion of the player's outlook?

I'm not talking about a player. But this was the "something so subtle" for me...

It may very well take another full year to get it to where we want it to be but things are getting busy for me

I'm sad.

Wow, Ya know I am a little bit sad myself JOE if you don't mind me saying. When I came back after my missing in action period and offered to give this site up to whom ever of the original founders wanted it, everyone pretty much asked me to stay on.

I am happy they did and happy to have had your guys support in this endeavor and some of you have been flat out awesome and tremendous in your help. But the pressure is squarely on my shoulders to do this and it is becoming tiresome. If that makes some of you not like me anymore than I am sorry. I mean all i have tried to do is make everyone happy here. For what I am not really even sure. My gosh I feel like I have 2 bosses that don't pay me but like to tell me what to do. lol. Bosses that will slap my hand with a ruler if I am caught posting something before my work is done.

Now maybe I am severly over reacting here and I am sorry for venting but I all ready have a full plate and this site all though it might not be what you want to hear is fun for me. Now for anyone who thinks that I am not pulling my weight on this site or thniks they can do better I will step down. You yourself Joe seemed to make a stink on how you busted your hump all night to get me the updated rankings so you yourself see how stressful it can be. So I would expect a little more understanding from you the most.

I am trying to please everyone. I'm keeping my mouth shut and that is tough for me but I do it cause I appreciate each one of your skills and knowledge and am extremely proud to have such great guys like you be a part of this. All of whom I know and respect greatly except Lefty's son who i don't know that well, but I am sure he will be a great asset to the fantasy world just like his father is.

Now I tried not to be too narcissistic or to do any thing out of the box (which some people said they loved about me and actually drew them to our original post on cbs) and I think for the most part minus a slip here or there I have been pretty good. This site is something that I am passionate about, but just like all you guys I want to win my leagues first and foremost. That is what will make this site great. We all have to win.

Now is the most exiting time of the year for me and I am willing to bet my house you too.
Most of my time is spent researching and having FUN talking about it. I don't want to go on and on here but I hope you understand my point and i hope you can forgive the rant and the psoible delay it could cause to the sites progress.

There will be time for the site to develop through out the year and we and I will find time to update and enhance it. We will get it done "together" but I just don't have the time to do everything right when everyone asks. So please consider my feelings as i try to consider yours. Again sorry for the rant but it had to be said.

Since MWHS resurfaced a few months ago I was under the impression that we were targeting the start of the NFL season - this season. Only to find out it will take more time.

Not trying to hurt anyone's feelings. I'm just sad it wasn't this season. That's all.
