Not gonna lie, this was a bonus for me. Eagles are Super Bowl champs and the rest of the world was bored to death. Kendrick Lamar telling Trump to GFY to just face and Trump doesn’t even realize it was the cherry on top. Best Super Bowl ever haha

I guess on the flipside I really do think its one of the worst sporting events Ive seen in my life.

Uncompetitive game, the refs still were annoying, obviously politically divided country, bad national anthem, Tom Brady.

I have read in a few articles no blitzes... but I distinctly remember Baun coming on delayed blitz right up the middle in 2nd half and Mahomes threw incomplete pass to left flat. Maybe a DL fell back in coverage and not considered a blitz?

Unsure... but I distinctly recall Baun unblocked coming right up the middle 1-2 seconds after snap. Does have QB hit on the stat page.

Yeah, I think Baum did blitz at least once, so it was not zero blitzes, but it was very, very few.

Yea.. it's been awhile since I felt one was already over well before halftime.

What a terrible conclusion to the season: Two of the same teams that have been dominating the past half decade or more (Eagles won the title back in the 2017 season, too), and one of them lays an absolute beatdown on the other. Gee, how fun for everyone in the league other than Eagles and Chiefs fans lol.

This is exactly why I stopped watching NFL games besides when my own favorite team is playing, for the most part. It is just insane how much of a time sink watching sports can be. Spending 3+ hours most Sundays to watch is rough enough; I can't imagine spending a 4 month NFL season where 6+ hours of Sundays + Monday and Thurday evenings being totally booked up just for it to result in a bad game of a superbowl by two teams nobody outside of their fan bases wanted to see.

It's part of the reason I suspected the Chiefs to get blown out, and they did
