France just got hit by a pitch, you can CLEARLY see him pulling his arm toward his body: the rangers announcers swear he moved his arm to get hit on purpose and the umpire should shouldn't have given him a hit by pitch.

Of course they are perfectly fine with Julio Rodriguez getting called out on a pitch up and out of the strike zone immediately after. The guy is still bitching about france.

Perhaps the ump saw it as a makeup call

France has a rep for getting hit more than normal

FWIW he looked to me regardless of perhaps perceived bias that if he had not moved an inch the ball would not have hit him
