I don't see them cutting Vernon. There are no reasonable options on the FA market at EDGE, and none in the draft that they'd consider at 10.

Why cut Richardson? He was really good last year and is only under contract for one more year.

Just rumors. I could see Sheldon getting cut but these really just depend on what they see in FA. Vernon was overall pretty good. Sheldon was pretty average so I wouldn't mind Sheldon going.

He was even before this deal was done. I would take Hopkins over OBJ and OBJ got a 1st round and more. Heck most figured if a team traded for David Johnson they would get back at least a 3rd round pick for taking on his contract. So we are talking about the Texans trading one of the best weapons in all of football for a bag of peanuts. I feel for Watson. One of the best young QB's in football and he has to try and make up for an incompetent HC/GM

Stefanski loves 2 TE sets, Njoku will be retained unless they get some massive offer, which they won't. This was a great pickup for Cleveland as long as Hooper stays healthy.

but as a cheaper starter under contract. Anyone think of Foles to the Colts? Even heard rumors of Jags giving up draft pick to dump him & his contract. That could reunite Reich & Foles from the eagles superbowl year.

I think the issue I have with this is that most people see Foles and Brissett on the same level.
