An ugly, ugly win. But we'll take. Good to get that stinker out of the way.

Not sure what positives I can take away from this one:scratch:

The defense I guess? Especially Flowers.
McCourty's pick 6 was a great play.

Offense was just plain bad. I hated all the runs between the tackles for Patterson. Especially late in the game when they went to him three downs in a row and had to punt. I get it, keep the clock moving, the only that could've hurt NE was a turnover there. But damn it was painful to watch. I told the wife before the series watch them give to Patterson 3xs:doh:. From now on I'll just keep my mouth shut.

STs were just Meh

Onto GB this should be a classic shoot out. I hope NE can actually win the toss and defer. I know someone had mentioned it weeks ago but has NE won a toss this year? I love how the often score late in the 2nd and double dip it to start the 3rd.

Go Pats

Oh and to all of you back in MA. enjoy the parade/festivities and be safe.

I would not go that far. More like the Bill offense showed up with a QB they grabbed off the streets.

McCourty's pick 6 was a great play.

Not only was it a great play, but D. McCourty was timed by the NFL and actually broke 22 MPH running that Pick6 back for a TD. Not even Tyreek Hill has come close. Hill ran a 21+ but McCourty broke a rare barrier and was over 22.

I didn't know that the NFL was doing this kind of stuff. The time the runs, the speed of runs in MPH, YDS per Sec and a number of other stats I'd never heard of. They were shocked and McCourty's runback.

True but Bortles torched them. And no Hightower

I felt like I was watching one of BB's classic bend but don't break game plans, but it was the Bills executing it. The Pats O certainly missed some opportunities, but the Bills D played really well, too, especially in the RZ.

He's had a lot of practice trying to catch WRs that have gotten behind him.

There is no way in hell McCourty hit that speed. Just watched him again. I have a legit chance of catching him. And I run a 7 second 10 yard dash!

This game made Brady look his age... kudos to the Bills defense and defensive gameplan.

So the league who times these things got it wrong? Look he slows down at the end to allow Patterson to secure the blocks. From the point he get the pick to about the 20 is the area I think they are talking about

Yep. That’s exactly what I’m telling you. McCourty ran a 4.48 40 yard dash. 8 years ago. So.... suddenly in his early 30’s he’s become an Olympic sprinter? He out ran Tyreek Hill who has a 4.24 40 yard dash??? I think someone in the NFL stats department had an “oopsie”.

Well, maybe you guys are correct. The Sport Science Dudes just reevaluate Brady’s 40 yard dash and said it was actually 4.01. Setting a combine record. He’s so fast it gives the illusion he’s going slow. So.... my bad.

McCourty did have the fastest play in the NFL this year.

He was officially timed at 22.05 mph. I don't know what they use to determined it but no one questions all of the stats and data that they put out on Tyreek Hill or Brandin Cooks or Mike Evans.......
