Again the Skins can force a trade. Cousins CAN refuse to show for the Browns, which would void the trade after seven days.

He can refuse to sign long term and play on the tag. But the Browns are not going to take on a 1 year $24M dollar rental.

he didn't have multi year deals from other teams and he didn't sign here because of Cousins he wanted out from the Browns and wanted to prove himself to get the deal he wants next season
