He just might be the best wr we have…. :(
Unfortunately, you may be correct. Maybe Pops has a breakout year. New system and new QB.

The way this FA period is going, I see NE taking MHJ at #3 unless they trade out. Then taking either McCarthy, Pennix or Nix with their next pick. I'm feeling ok if that's what they decide? Pennix would be my last choice just do to his past injuries.

Then NE needs to go OT and WR with most of their remaining picks.

I'm going to start another thread "If you were GM for a day".

I hate everything NY. I don't think you can be a true Bostonian sports fan and not. Mangina just cemented it. One of the most chicken shit things ever.
My hatred goes back to being a kid in the 70's.

Sox vs Yankees will forever be ingrained in my soul with that hatred for NY.

And I don't even like baseball.

It's odd though the hatred of NY is really specific to baseball.

Celtics: For the most part the Lakers

Bruins: Habs

Pats: I don't know Ravens maybe? It seems to vary a lot more than the other sports.

Well I could do a write about how the Pats cheated or state taxes this seems to get people reacting.

What did David Byrne say ' When I have nothing to say. my lips are sealed"

This team is so elemental, like a cheeseburger with fries. Hope we get a decent draft or will be buried by teams doing stuff. Hopefully we will be able to make some sort of statement, before mid-season.

I think people are missing the point of what is being done here. IMO. Wolfe and Mayo had a sit down, Mayo identified 1. The players he wanted to retain, 2. Players he was willing to let walk. I would not be the least bit surprised if the Pats trade out at 3 and gain draft capital this year and next. Remember Mayo said "You don't have to spend it all in one year". By keeping the pieces you know work well and building through the draft for the next years this team can get a lot better. People tend to feel that if you don't land one or two of the most coveted Free Agents you are not making progress, I do not see that way at all.

I’m all for trading back and gaining some early round picks. A rocket armed QB will do nothing without quality WR’s and O-linemen. We need talent all across the board.

The defense is solid enough where I can see one player on D a CB opposite Gonzalez. Heavy on offense is the direction I think we end up.

I agree. I'm not a Gilmore fan but I'd take him for a year and got O O O in the draft.Maybe a DE or LB late
Yeah I can agree with this. I feel around round 5 you start looking for depth and ST guys. There is real value in depth and depth is often overlooked, as are those round 6 and 7 guys you might think could earn a starting job and could be a ST star
