I like Chirinos too although some have had some negative comments. Other than lack of playing time, he's going to be pushing Soto.

Yeah Soto makes a pretty big difference bc that means no more JPA...but it looks like he is the farthest from coming back. Unless you have head something different...a knee injury for a catcher seems awfully long term. Either way, with the rash of injuries I was hope for 13 or 14 victories for the MONTH of April...they have reached that with a week to spare...feeling blessed to be cheering this team and excited about our "mid season additions" and the impact they will make on this team.

Kinda wondered how much a difference Profar would have made. Why I wasn't too worried about those injuries.

I kind of hope wash has Beltre hitting third. Fielder just does better at cleanup I think. I think wash will slide him back to third though.

Martin Perez really likes to give the bullpen a good days rest every time he starts.

We get an ice cold Mariners team who got lucky today against the stro's. Hopefully Harrison pitches well it will be good to see how he does first game back. I agree about Chirinos confidence and composure. If we take 2 of 3 I'll be happy.

Back on the road Gallo hit 3 HRs tonight with 6 RBIs. Hitting 359 with 9 HRs and 22 RBIs. What a start.
