However if you are going to sit here and say that Bradford is having a better year than Rodgers I see why people are calling you a moron. There are running backs that have almost as many rushing TD as Bradford has TD passes. He has only 13 TD passes this year......that is horrible.

First off, triple question marks aren't grammatical, they are for emphasis so there is no rule. But, I'll play anyway. The word "bolded" in my post was surrounded by quotation marks to highlight it, not because it was a quote that included a question. So the question mark would go outside of the quotation marks, not inside.
