well, assuming brasky agrees that his is similar to crouch, then hopefully he remembers how much of an apocalyptic fail the program was once crouch was gone....now imagine taylor being "gone" with an injury....weve already seen how horrible it is when this team starts to depend on him for all the offense

Even if Martinez was to be the next Crouch, and Carnes to be the next Frazier, since I'd go Frazier every time, I'd WANT to give Carnes a try.

Thing is, I don't think the coaching staff thinks that way about either guy and sticks with the game experience of Martinez. If we sputter again then I can see them later trying Carnes.

Honestly with Carnes now in the mix, I don't think Cody will get higher than 3rd string, which is a real shame for the character this kid has.

We don't know anything this early though. A lot of things could change between now and the start of the season.
