Sadly it’s lookin like they keep Mason at this point… not enough cap hit money invested into “backup QBs” to force the issue. Both Mitch & Mason are about $4m cap hits per. Pickett’s position value at slot 20 has a roughly estimated cap hit around $3-4m his rookie season. That’s only $12m for all 3 QBs. Hardly anything.

If Mason starts Latrobe as QB1 then we riot.

Yeah, Trubs needs to start. Mason is probably better suited to playing than Pickett though. I think Pickett needs time to get comfortable, especially since the OL isn't the traditionally good Steelers OL.

But, I like the pick of Pickett for you guys.
