Plus, he recently talked about his time in Philly and it sounded like he was ready to move on.

Whatever team signs him will need to add plays to the offense so he's comfortable with it......so they are going to need an OC willing to work with Foles and adapt to him.

Whoever gets him will likely regret it. He just seems too similar to guys like Case Keenum and Josh McCown: backups that had a great but short run in a particular system, signed elsewhere to be that guy and fell on their faces.

Best case scenario for him is to be Kirk Cousins 2.0, IMO.
