This is a new one. I know some strains can be stinky but never have I been able to smell my neighbors weed the moment I walk outside. You sure your neighbor isn't toking up on your patio w/ the door open?

There is another guy two houses down. Smokes in his car and I can smell it.
Walk through a garage heading to a casino in Vegas and 50/50 you will get a whiff of someone smoking.

At least the smell doesn't linger like cigs do though.
