From scratch... The best thing I can make is Cordon Bleu Schnitzle with Spätzle & Kartoffelpuffer cakes. Next would have to be homemade salsas from my garden.

I love to grill as well. I make a lot of good marinades/brines.

It's a toss up:

Pulled pork sandwiches (yes I smoke my own roasts)

French Toast....

I let my crockpot do all the work with pulled pork... Cuz I'm lazy. Never tried smoking them, but probably will eventually.

Smoked whole brisket...24 hr dry rub (I buy) marinate and then 16+hours in the smoker. 12 hour smoke then cover with foil and finish on smoker. I use cherry, apple and alder wood all locally grown and seasoned. I start the smoker with mesquite lump charcoal and add my favorite smoking wood chunks as the burn goes.

I have been told my smoked pork butts are as good as they come also.
